All products are made to order, just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or customer preference. Please make use of the size guides which are available for the products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your order is lost in transit, please get in touch and we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.
